Project Requirements
A Sika Waterproofing Brief was developed at the early planning stage. This Brief highlighted areas where there could be issues and offered a fully compatible specification, basement to roof.
Challenges
- Compatibility of the many waterproofing products was crucial to ensure a fail safe result.

From the initial Waterproofing Brief we followed the specifications with the construction company and on-site to ensure the specification was followed, all the way from the basement to the roof.
Products Used
Sikalastic®-152 for the balconies and bathrooms. Sarnafil® (sheet membrane) for the roof and main podium decks. Sarnafil® Garden for the green spaces. Sikafloor®-400 N for the breezeways.
