Instant Product Warranties for Small Jobs
UP TO 50m² OF AQUA BLOK SBR/WPU OR SIKALASTIC®-220 W
UP TO 50m² OF SIKA BLACKSEAL® ELASTIC OR PLUS
Sika NZ have created an online Portal which will allow Sika customers to get an instant warranty for jobs involving less than 50m² of these specific products:
- Sika Aqua Blok SBR or WPU,
- Sikalastic-220 W,
- Sika Tite Undertile
- Sika BlackSeal Elastic and
- Sika BlackSeal Plus
It is not for any other products. If you require a warranty for more than 50m², or for other Sika products, you will need to apply for it using the Sika Request for Warranty Form (download here).
If at any time you need help, please refer to the “Need Help?” section in the Portal. If you’re still stuck, please ring 0800 745 269 and ask for Lisa on extension 436.

NEED A DIFFERENT WARRANTY?
if you need a warranty for a larger than 50²m job, or for another type of product not mentioned here, you'll need to fill in the Sika Warranty Request Form and send it to Lisa on williams.lisa@nz.sika.com
