Sika Waterbar® FB-125 is an internal, flexible bonded waterstop for sealing construction joints in watertight concrete below-grade structures.

Dual Bond Technology

The Sika dual bond technology is well proven and known thanks to the fully bonded membrane solution SikaProof A+.

The unique FPO hybrid layer creates both a strong physical bond and a durable chemical bond. No water can pass laterally due to this reliable, full bond to the structural concrete. The robust hybrid layer replaces common anchor ribs of waterstop profiles or soft sealants of metal sheets.

Reliable - Low Risk of Leakage

There is a very low risk for leaks thanks to the full bond of the dual bond technology.

In case of damage, the leak is isolated and can be fixed by a simple, single injection.

Where Can It Be Used

Sika Waterbar® FB-125 is ideal for use in construction joints in watertight concrete structures, especially below-grade structures and basements. Simple and fast assembly options are available.

It can be combined easily with Sika Waterbar® D for expansion joints (see illustration below).

Sika Waterbar® FB-125 can be used at concrete wall to slab construction joints (see detail below).

The detail section (see below) shows the minimum embedding depth of 30 mm at the construction joint slab to wall connection.
