Liquid-applied membranes (LAM) are monolithic, fully-bonded, liquid-based coatings suitable for many roofing applications. The coating cures to form a rubber-like flexible waterproof membrane and may be applied over many substrates, including asphalt, bitumen and concrete. Our key range of liquid applied roof membranes here in New Zealand is called SikaRoof® i-Cure.
