Lloyd Elsmore Park has been the home of Auckland Hockey since 1991, with a top-class facility suitable for hosting national and international tournaments. Today Auckland Hockey Association is the largest hockey organisation in New Zealand, with clubs and 400 teams across all ages competing throughout winter and summer. Following a number of years of wear and use, the walkways and bleachers were ready for refurbishment to keep the facility top-class.
Project Requirements
A flooring system and joint sealing system was required for the balconies, walkway areas and bleachers. The Product had to be robust, UV and weather resistant, provide a non-slip finish for pedestrian traffic areas and could be coloured to suit the building aesthetic.
