+30 °C | 8 hours | 1 day |
Before applying Sikafloor®-377 on Sikafloor®-376 allow:
Temperature | Minimum | Maximum |
+10 °C | 24 hours | 48 hours |
+20 °C | 15 hours | 24 hours |
+30 °C | 8 hours | 16 hours |
Before applying the Sikafloor®-359 N on the broadcast Sikafloor®-377 allow:
Temperature | Waiting time |
+10 °C | 24 hours |
+20 °C | 12 hours |
+30 °C | 5 hours |
Note: Times are approximate and will be affected by changing ambient conditions, particularly temperature and relative humidity.

Consumption
Layer | Product | Consumption |
Primer | Sikafloor®-150 Sikafloor®-151 | 1-2 × 0.3–0.5 kg/m² |
Quartz sand broadcast | Quartz sand (0.3–0.8 mm) or Sika® Aggregate-501 | 1.0 kg/m² |
Waterproofing membrane | Sikafloor®-376 | 1.9–3.0 kg/m2 |
Wearing layer | Sikafloor®-377 filled 1 : 0.4 with Quartz sand (0.1–0.3 mm) or Sika® | 1.7 kg/m2 (resin) + 0.85 kg/m2 (quartz sand) |
Quartz sand broadcast | Quartz sand (0.3–0.8 mm) or Sika® Aggregate-501 | 4–6 kg/m² |
Seal coat or top coat | Sikafloor®-359 N | 2 x 0.4-0.5 kg/m2 |
The application rate of Sikafloor®-376 is dependant on the substrate surface roughness, Rz:
Rz = 0.0 | 1.9 kg/m² |
Rz = 0.5 | 2.5 kg/m² |
Rz = 1.0 | 3.0 kg/m² |
Note: Consumption data is theoretical and does not allow for any additional material due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level, wastage or any other variations. Apply product to a test area to calculate the exact consumption for the specific substrate conditions and proposed application equipment.
