Sika® Primer-11 W+

Universal substrate primer for tile adhesives or levelling compounds

Sika® Primer-11 W+ is a synthetic resin primer applied before using tile adhesives and/or self- levelling compounds on indoor floors or walls to primarily reduce substrate absorbency and improve adhesion.

40-100 g/m² depending on substrate absorbency, application equipment and mixing ratio. These figures are theoretical and do not allow for any additional material due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level or wastage etc
Application steps

MIXING

Shake or stir Sika® Primer-11 W+ in product container before use.

APPLICATION

Pour mixed diluted or undiluted primer onto the prepared substrate and apply by brush, roller or squeegee. Ensure a continuous, pore free coat covers the substrate. Avoid excessive primer consumption and the formation of puddles. Remove excess primer before applying tile adhesive or self- levelling compound

 

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
