Usage

Application steps

EQUIPMENT

Heavy duty electric drill and mixing paddle (500 rpm) and a suitable sized mixing bucket/vessel.

 

MIXING

Mix the entire 20kg bag of powder with 5 - 5.2 Litres of clean, cool water. When applying above 20mm Sika® recommends 5L be added. Slowly add powder to the water while mixing with a suitable electric drill and mixing paddle. Thoroughly mix for 2 minutes to a lumpfree consistency. Not mixing for the recommended time or additional water may result in product irregularities and possible product failure.

APPLICATION

Pour or Pump Sikafloor® Level PRO, then spread with a long handled gauged spreader to heights as required. Sikafloor® Level PRO will seek its own level during the first 15 minutes. For touch-ups, use a flat steel trowel.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean tools and equipment with warm water and detergent while the product is still uncured.
