For our growing SAP Team in Kuala Lumpur (Office location: Centrepoint South, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur 59200, Malaysia), we are looking for a passionate and experienced SAP Program Management Officer (PMO)  

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of SAP projects and programs, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to high-quality standards. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including program and project support, upholding the governance, management support and guidance, operational delivery and project administration.   

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Monitor project & program progress; conduct quality checks of deliverables, ensure compliance with our standard procedures, and control the budget/cost progression.  
  • Maintain and methodologically develop our project documentation repositories, templates, guidelines, BPMN 2.0 workflow instructions and other artifacts 
  • Support in Project Administration activities such as On- and offboarding of our internal and external workforce, invoice checking, and managing our MS Teams Environments. 
  • Support in vendor and contract management 
  • Conduct Project and Change Management training sessions to our stakeholders. 
  • Organize management meetings, prepare management slides, and provide meeting minutes  
  • Ensure that knowledge is retained within the program management office and is further developed 

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education  
  • 3+ years of PMO experience, ideally in an SAP environment 
  • A pro-active personality with the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, set priorities and solve problems 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with an international team 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Good writing skills; ability to produce documentation to meet our internal and the BPMN 2.0 process flow standards. 
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English; other languages are beneficial
