Business & Collections Update for Sika NZ Customers

We would like to confirm that starting Monday 1st March 2021:

  1. Sika will be open for trading and will despatch products from all three of its warehouses (in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch).
  2. To fulfil our Health & Safety obligations under Alert Level 3 in Auckland, we are unable to support the Customer collection or return of products. All product despatches and returns will have to be arranged using our freight providers.
  3. To fulfil our Health & Safety obligations under Alert Level 2 in Christchurch and Wellington, only the Factory and/or Despatch teams will work from site. Customer collections are allowed, but only if ordered in advance per our collections procedure, and with adequate separation and contact tracing. 
  4. Your Technical Sales Representative will continue to work remotely and is available to answer your technical enquiries.
  5. Our Nationwide Customer Services team will continue to work from home, processing orders and providing support to your business.
