We would like to confirm that starting Wednesday 1st September 2021, and while working under current COVID-19 Alert Levels:

Christchurch & Wellington (Alert Level 3)
Our warehouses in Christchurch and Wellington will open.
• They will be despatching for customers operating at Alert Level 3 in both the North and South Islands.
• Only Despatch staff will be on site.
• Customer collections will not be allowed.

Auckland (Alert Level 4)
Our warehouse in Auckland will not be open. We have staff on call in Auckland to despatch product that is needed for urgent building and construction work that meets the Covid-19 Alert Level 4 businesses and services criteria. Customer collections will not be allowed.

  1. Your Technical Sales Representative will continue to work remotely and is available to answer your technical enquiries.
  2. Our Nationwide Customer Services team will continue to work from home, processing orders and providing support to your business.
